First 3 roofers offer

We work for free until you get results. You pay us $0 (no setup fee, no admin fee, no management fee) until your first 3 booked appointments. No appointments, no fee. Your only cost until then is your own ad spend, paid to Meta.

Draft terms. Your signed agreement will confirm them.

1. Only our first 3 roofing clients get this offer. After those spots are filled, new clients join on our standard plans.
2. We take one roofer per area. The towns your ads target are listed in your agreement. While you're a client, including during the free period, we won't run ads for another roofer targeting those towns.
3. You pay Meta directly for your ads, at least $75 a day, from your own ad account. That money goes to Meta, not to us, and we can't refund it.
4. Until your 3rd booked appointment, you pay us nothing. We build your ads, launch and run your campaign, and send you every lead, all free.
5. What counts as a booked appointment: a homeowner who came to you from your ads (through the ad form, a call or a message) agrees to a specific date and time for an estimate or inspection. It counts no matter who sets it up (you, your office or the homeowner booking themselves), it counts once it's booked even if the homeowner later cancels, reschedules or doesn't show, and it counts if the homeowner first contacted you through your ads, even if they book later. Each homeowner counts once. Log appointments in your lead tracker; if one isn't logged but the homeowner came from your ads and was booked, it still counts.
6. After your 3rd booked appointment, it's a flat $997 a month (single-location plan), with no per-lead fees. The first month is billed on the day the 3rd appointment is booked, then every month after that. Month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
7. Your part during the free period: keep your ads running at the agreed budget, keep our access to your ad account, and call your leads back, ideally within 1 business day.
8. If 3 appointments haven't been booked within 60 days, either of us can walk away and nobody owes anything. You keep the ads. If neither of us walks away, the free period simply continues until the 3rd booked appointment.
9. Days your ads are off because of something on your side (a declined card at Meta, ads you paused, access removed) don't count toward the 60 days.
10. You get a text for every new lead and a lead tracker to log them in.
11. This offer has no separate 90-day refund guarantee: you pay us nothing until your 3rd booked appointment, so the free period is the risk-free part.
12. We don't promise jobs, revenue or a return on ad spend. You follow up with the leads and quote the jobs, and how fast you call them back makes the biggest difference.

These terms summarize our agreement. If anything here and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
