90-day results guarantee

Results in your first 90 days, or your management fees back. Here's exactly how it works.

The check. On day 90 after your ads launch (plus any paused days, below), we look at the whole 90 days. If we delivered at least 10 qualified leads or 3 closed jobs, the guarantee is met.
The refund. If neither happened, you can ask for a refund of the management fees you paid for those 90 days. Ask in writing (email is fine) within 14 days after day 90, and include your lead call log and job records for the period. We pay within 30 days of a complete claim. Refunds are net of payment processing fees and capped at what you paid us. Ad spend paid to Meta is never refunded. The refund is your only remedy if the numbers aren't met.
Your part. You stay signed up for the full 90 days, pay every fee in full and on time (more than 3 days late voids the guarantee), and keep your daily ad budget at or above the agreed minimum (dropping below it ends the guarantee). Days your ads can't run because you asked us to pause, because of a Meta restriction we didn't cause, or because we're waiting on you (approvals, payment, access) are added to the 90 days.
Calling leads back. You try to reach every lead within 1 business day, make at least 3 attempts in total for anyone you don't reach, and log them in your lead tracker.
What counts as a qualified lead: a real person in your service area who fills out your ad's form, or calls or messages you from the ad, with a working phone number or email. Duplicates, spam, job seekers and salespeople don't count. A lead counts unless you dispute it in writing within 7 days, and it counts whether or not you reached them. Closed jobs are counted from your records.
Scope. The guarantee comes with our standard paid plans; the 20-lead launch offer and the first 3 roofers offer have no separate guarantee. It covers your first 90 days only and belongs to your business. On multi-location and custom plans, the lead and job targets are set per location on your order form.
