Booked First
You don't pay us a dime until 3 homeowners are booked on your calendar. We make the ads, run them and text you every new lead instantly. You call them back fast. After your 3rd booking, it's $997 a month.
Plain-English summary. Your signed agreement confirms the terms.
- Who it's for. New clients on our single-location plan. Multi-location and custom plans are quoted separately.
- One company per trade, per town. The towns your ads target are listed in your agreement. While you're a client, including the free period, we won't run ads for another company in your trade targeting those towns.
- You pay Meta directly for your ads, at least $100 a day, from your own ad account. The $997 plan covers up to $150 a day. That money goes to Meta, not to us, and we can't refund it.
- Until your fee starts, you pay us nothing. No setup fee, no admin fee, no management fee. We build your ads, launch and run your campaign, and send you every lead.
- When the fee starts: at your 3rd booked appointment or your 10th qualified lead, whichever comes first.
- What counts as a booked appointment: a homeowner who came to you from your ads (through the ad form, a call or a message) agrees to a specific date and time for an estimate or inspection. It counts no matter who sets it up, it counts once it's booked even if the homeowner later cancels, reschedules or doesn't show, and it counts if the homeowner first contacted you through your ads, even if they book later. Each homeowner counts once. If an appointment isn't logged in your tracker but the homeowner came from your ads and was booked, it still counts.
- What counts as a qualified lead: a real person in your service area who contacts you through your ads with a working phone number. Duplicates, people already in your records, spam, job seekers and salespeople don't count. We count leads from our lead log, and you can flag any lead you think doesn't qualify within 7 days of receiving it.
- After the fee starts, it's a flat $997 a month with no per-lead fees. The first month is billed on the day the fee starts. Your first 2 paid months are committed; after that it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
- Your part during the free period: keep your ads running at the agreed budget, keep our access to your ad account, and call your leads back, ideally within 1 business day.
- If the fee hasn't started within 60 days, either of us can walk away and nobody owes anything. You keep the ads. If neither of us walks away, the free period continues until the fee starts.
- Days your ads are off because of something on your side (a declined card at Meta, ads you paused, access removed) don't count toward the 60 days.
- You get a text for every new lead and a lead tracker to log them in.
- No separate refund guarantee: you pay us nothing until homeowners are booked, so the free period is the risk-free part.
- We don't promise jobs, revenue or a return on ad spend. You follow up with the leads and quote the jobs, and how fast you call them back makes the biggest difference.
These terms summarize our agreement. If anything here and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
