This page describes the TavaTrack Alerts SMS program — who receives messages, how consent is collected, sample messages, and how to opt out at any time. It supplements the TavaTrack Service Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

Sender: TavaTrack LLC (Wyoming LLC, operated from Massachusetts)
TavaTrack sends automated SMS notifications to trade contractors (such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses) who have subscribed to the TavaTrack AI receptionist service. When a caller contacts a contractor's business number, TavaTrack's AI receptionist answers the call, captures the lead, and sends the contractor an SMS summary.
Messages contain: caller name, caller address, job type, call score, and a link to the full lead summary. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. All recipients are verified business owners with an active, paid TavaTrack account.
Message frequency: Varies based on incoming call volume. One SMS is sent per inbound call received. Contractors typically receive 5–30 messages per month depending on their call volume.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Contractors opt in to TavaTrack Alerts by accepting the TavaTrack Service Agreement during onboarding. The agreement collects the contractor's mobile phone number and includes the following explicit SMS consent language:
No messages are sent until a signed Service Agreement is on file. The contractor's mobile number is used solely for TavaTrack Alerts notifications and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Contractors may opt back in at any time by texting START to their assigned TavaTrack number.
You can opt out of TavaTrack Alerts at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless you actively re-subscribe by texting START. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your TavaTrack subscription.
