3. SMS Messaging

3.1 SMS Notifications to Contractors

As part of the Service, Tavatrack sends automated SMS messages to contractors to deliver lead notifications and appointment alerts. By signing up for Tavatrack and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive these transactional SMS messages.

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your call volume. You will receive one SMS notification per captured lead or appointment. During busy periods, you may receive multiple messages per day.

3.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

3.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any Tavatrack SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS lead notifications. Note that opting out of SMS does not cancel your Tavatrack subscription.

3.6 No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Numbers

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number to any third party for their own marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver Tavatrack service notifications as described in this section. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Callers whose information is captured by your AI receptionist may contact you directly to exercise their data rights.

We retain your account information and call records for as long as your subscription is active.
